ARAIN Jewellers will carefully inspect your diamond ring to ensure that it is in top condition, free of charge, throughout the guarantee. We highly recommend that this examination take place every six months.

ARAIN Jewellers will repair or replace your ring free of charge
For 5 years from the date of purchase upon examination of your ring, if ARAIN Jewellers finds any fault in your ring due to faulty workmanship or a defect in manufacturing ARAIN Jewellers will repair or replace your ring free of charge.

ARAIN Jewellers lifetime trade up plan
If at any time you decide to upgrade your present diamond ring for another of greater value (at least twice the original net purchase price), ARAIN Jewellers will give you a full credit on the net purchase price of your original ring that can be put towards your upgraded ring. Just bring in your ring and your original bill of sale to ARAIN Jewellers.

Lifetime battery guarantee
All watches purchased from ARAIN Jewellers come with a lifetime battery replacement guarantee. (see in store for details)

Inspection & Maintenance
In order for ARAIN Jewellers to provide you with this unprecedented 5 year guarantee on high wear items such as stone set rings, proper maintenance inspections must be performed every six months. Just bring in your purchase every six months to ARAIN Jewellers with your guarantee form and the inspection will be performed free of charge. If for any reason you are unable to maintain these inspections your ARAIN Jewellers guarantee will apply for 6 months from the date of purchase.
